About the Role:
Our client is seeking a talented and experienced SDR (Sales Development Representative) Manager to lead and develop a team of high-performing SDRs. The role is based in London, with a hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office). The SDR Manager will play a crucial role in driving growth by generating qualified leads, developing strategies to optimize sales pipelines, and mentoring a team of SDRs to achieve their goals.
SDR Manager (AP Software) - Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of SDRs to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Develop and implement effective outbound sales strategies to generate new business opportunities and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, messaging, and target accounts.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews to enhance the skills and effectiveness of the SDR team.
- Ensure consistent and effective use of CRM tools to manage prospecting efforts, reporting, and data integrity.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages professional growth, creativity, and teamwork.
SDR Manager (AP Software) - Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, managing and leading a successful SDR or sales team.
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes, outbound prospecting techniques, and lead generation strategies.
- Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team toward high performance.
- Experience selling into the office of the CFO or Finance Solutions into various industries.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyse metrics and KPIs to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
