We are currently working with an excellent client, who are looking for an experienced Sea & Air Freight Executive to join their busy team. You will manage and arrange the transportation cycle for Air & Ocean freight, ensuring all paperwork is complete and legal.

Your responsibilities as Sea & Air Freight Executive

• Obtain charges and cargo release details from agents and shipping lines
• Submit customs clearances/entries
• Ensure any payments due are made in advance
• Process all payments and raise necessary paperwork
• Arrange the release and transportation of goods received

What you need to bring:

• At least 3 years Sea/Air Freight Experience is essential
• Experience with negotiating terms and rates
• Be familiar with industry standard computer programs such as Cargowise
• Good communication skills
• Organisation and planning skills
• Good Geographical knowledge
