Seafreight Export Coordinator - Freightserve : Job Details

Freightserve recruitment are looking for an Export Seafreight person for a excellent Freight Forwarder based in the Basildon area.

Duties:-

• Assist Team Leader and Manager.
• Understand and execute the departments vision of good business development in order to successfully move Seafreight products
• Complete all Import, Export and Cross Trade activities correctly and on time ensuring the Customs declaration forms are completed correctly
• Report any errors to the customs declaration manager
• Complete all customs entries
• Ensure all operational activities and invoices are completed

Skills:-

• Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Computer literacy
• Accurate, Honest & Punctual
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work as part of a team as well as on their own
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Familiar in handling freight operations in a freight forwarding environment
• Excellent Administrative skills
• Understanding of Export operations and HMRC processes

Working hours are Monday - Friday 0830 - 1730
