Job Title: Second Charge Mortgage Advisor

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + uncapped bonus (OTE £70k++)

Location: Fully Remote (Must be based in the UK)

We’re on the lookout for experienced and ambitious Second Charge Mortgage Advisors to join our client's fantastic team. If you’re passionate about helping clients from their first inquiry to completion, we want to hear from you! You’ll use our client’s state-of-the-art platform to provide top-tier solutions and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver Expert Advice: Provide expert guidance on second charge mortgages from start to finish.
• Embrace Technology: Use the innovative platform to handle high volumes of business effortlessly.
• Client Communication: Maintain clear, effective communication with clients for a smooth process.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with the latest mortgage products and market trends.
• Ensure Compliance: Follow all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements:

• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Thrives Under Pressure: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience advising on secured loans/second charge mortgages. (essential)
• Track Record: Proven track record of supporting customers from initial inquiry to completion.
• Qualifications: CeMAP qualification (must-have).
• B2C Expertise: Experience handling B2C inquiries and securing the best deals across multiple lenders (a plus).
