Key Responsibilities:
- Student Welfare: Work closely with students, parents, and staff to address barriers to learning and ensure students’ well-being.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and utilize data to monitor attendance and identify trends.
- Home Visits: Conduct home visits with another staff member to engage with families and support student attendance and welfare.
- Interventions: Develop and implement strategies to improve student attendance and engagement.
- Liaison: Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to support students’ educational and welfare needs.
Requirements:
- Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in education, social work, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and data management skills.
- Flexibility: Willingness to conduct home visits and work collaboratively with other staff members.
