Some of your duties with this position include:

• Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons that meet the needs of KS3 students, ensuring progress and attainment.
• Provide regular feedback to students on their progress and attainment, supporting them to achieve their full potential.
• Foster a supportive and inclusive learning environment, promoting the social, emotional, and academic development of all students.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and contribute to the wider life of the school community.

To work as a Secondary KS3 Teacher, you must possess the following qualifications:

• Must Hold QTS along with PGCE and have experience teaching KS3 and KS4 students.
• Demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to ensuring the success and well-being of all students.
• Have the ability to engage and inspire students through creative and innovative teaching methods.
• Work effectively as part of a team, sharing ideas and contributing to the overall success of the school.
• Have Right to work in the UK
• Have an Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Provide 2 proven professional references
