SEN Teacher
- Annual Salary: Up to £44,000 (depending on experience)

Reed Education are seeking brilliant SEN Teachers to join our innovative team at a new SEN secondary school in Epsom, and contribute to a pioneering approach in education. The School are excited to offer a 4-Day Working Week as part of our commitment to enhancing work/life balance. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a new school opening, set to cater to pupils aged 11-19 with ASC and Complex Needs.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare, plan, and assess teaching sessions while staying updated with curriculum developments.
- Write and implement individual education plans, assess educational attainment, and set challenging yet achievable targets.
- Build meaningful relationships with all pupils to boost their interest and participation in education.
- Create a stimulating and purposeful environment to promote teaching and learning outside formal classroom settings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status/Qualified Teacher Learning & Skills.
- Experience in teaching English and Maths, delivering at a good or outstanding level.
- Strong ability to create and maintain engaging and effective learning environments.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
