Secondary Teaching Assistant - Ealing

An 'Outstanding’ Secondary School in the Borough of Ealing are looking to recruit several Secondary Teaching Assistants.

The Headteacher is looking for ambitious Secondary Teaching Assistants to join their team. The school’s goal is to provide outstanding education and life changing opportunities for allchildren.

As a Secondary Teaching Assistant you will be supporting children on a 1:1 basis, or working with children in small groups to improve standards across the school.

Secondary Teaching Assistant

• Working in Secondary school across a range of ages

• Supporting academic and social progress

• Long term and full time - until at least July 2025

• £85 - £100 a day (depending on experience)

• Strong academics across the board - degree, A level, GCSEs

• Experience in a previous rolewould be ideal

• A 'can do’ approach and positive attitude to innovation and change

• You must be able to work effectively as part of a team

• School graded 'Outstanding’ by Ofsted

• Exceptional Head & SLT

• Supportive and welcoming team working collaboratively

• High expectations across the school

• Outstanding behaviour across the school

• Emphasis on STEM subjects

• Extensive extra - curricular programme

• Modern facilities and fantastic resources to support learning

• Wide range of enrichment activities

• Regular training provided for all members of staff to aid career progression

• Good Transport Links - access to Elizabeth line, rail and staff car park available
