Secondary Teaching Assistant - Leicestershire

Hays is working in partnership with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Secondary school seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support Teachers and Students in the classroom as well as having experience of working with SEN needs.

What you'll need to succeed

• You must have experience of working as a teaching assistant in a Secondary school
• Special educational needs experience is preferable
• Experience working up to Key Stage 4, ideally in a small group or 1:1 setting
• You will need to be able to communicate effectively with children, staff, and parents
• You will need to be professional, patient, resilient, and enthusiastic
