Secretary

- Working Hours: Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM with 1 hour unpaid for lunch
We are representing a client who is seeking a dedicated Secretary to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to their residential conveyancing team. This role is perfect for someone who has a professional approach and can manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Audio typing, preparing, and amending draft documents.
- Opening files and sending initial letters.
- Providing clients with quotes and preparing completed files for storage.
- Making and receiving telephone calls, and dealing with clients both in person and on the telephone.
- Making appointments, assisting with queries, and providing reception cover as needed during holiday and sickness.
- Liaising with the Accounts department to obtain cheques, print-outs, and other necessary documents.
- Collaborating with other staff members as appropriate.
- Performing general filing, photocopying, and other duties as required by the fee earners.
- Carrying out all other general clerical duties as required.

- Good telephone manner and strong organisational abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with all clients and staff.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
