Job Title: Securitisation Paralegal

Location: City of London

Working arrangement: Hybrid (2 days in the office)

About the company: A leading national law firmRole overview: The firm is seeking Paralegal to join its Property Securitisation team on a permanent basis.

Key responsibilities:

• Identifying titles at the Land Registry
• Drafting planning application forms, deeds and covering letters
• Carrying out and reviewing property searches

Qualifications: The firm is looking for a candidate with previous conveyancing experience, who has managed their own caseload. In addition, suitable candidates will hold the LLB/GDL equivalent and will have ideally completed the LPC
