Security System Engineer - Talented People Solutions Ltd : Job Details

Are you experienced in the security industry and looking for your next challenge? Talented People are recruiting on behalf of a security business who are seeking a Security Systems Engineer on a permanent basis.

In this full-time role, you will be responsible for designing, installing, and maintaining advanced security systems, including CCTV and intrusion detection systems (IDS), to ensure the safety and security of their clients across London and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement security systems (CCTV and IDS) according to technical specifications and schematics.
• Install and maintain security equipment using hand and power tools.
• Troubleshoot and conduct regular inspections of installed systems.
• Collaborate with the team to assess project requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of designs and modifications while following safety protocols.
• Travel to various job sites as required (van provided)

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in the security industry (preferred but not essential as slightly less experience will be considered)
• Skills: Strong understanding of electrical systems, computer networking, and schematics.
• Licenses: Valid driving license required.
• Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Banstead.

What We Offer:

• Salary: £26,000.00 - £40,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
