Newtons Property Solutions are family run maintenance company specialising in reactive maintenance for some of London's biggest estate agents.

We are looking for a self employed sub-contracted multi skilled engineer to join our exciting, friendly and growing company.

Requirements

• full UK driving licence
• own tools
• own van

Essential Skills

• Basic Plumbing (changing taps and showers)
• Mastic/Silicone
• Replacing bulbs
• repair/replace locks/door handles
• basic make good and painting leak damage
• basic tiling, replacing small sections/single tiles

Uniform Provided on request

Working hours 9-pm Monday to Friday* negotiable for self employed/ part time considered

competitive day rate offered and can be negotiated
