Self-Employed Protection Adviser - GCB Recruitment : Job Details

Our clients a leading financial services firm, recognised for rapid growth and dynamic work environment, are looking to expand their UK team with top talent.

As one of the largest independent mortgage brokerages, with additional offices across the globe, the firm specialise in assisting both UK and international residents with securing mortgage financing for UK property purchases and offering protection insurance to clients. This is a self-employed opportunity, where the successful candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including High Net-Worth and Ultra High Net-Worth individuals.

The firm partners with London’s top estate agents and property developers, providing expert advice on the mortgage and home-buying process. Additionally, the firm has an extensive network of partner companies across the globe.

Alongside the opportunity to work within a results-driven company, there will be scope for learning, gaining additional qualifications, and potential progression into a specialist or management role over time.

The successful Trainee Mortgage Advisor will be offered:

• An OTE for this role would be £30,000-£50,000 in your 1st year.
• Long-term senior advisors are currently earning £150,000+
• Strong training programme 
• Self-employed position 

Working hours:

• Self-employed 
• You'll be required to work from their West London office

Trainee Mortgage Advisor requirements:

• Protection Advisers would need the RO5 qualification prior to joining, however you can begin the interview process without it.
• Having a degree is preferred, but not a pre-requisite
• Savings to cover yourself for 4-6 months while you build your pipeline 
• Passion for good customer service and a real hunger for success
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
