Key Responsibilities:

• Support students with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
• Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers and professionals to create a positive learning environment.
• Monitor and report on student progress.

Requirements:

• Experience: Essential experience in a SEMH setting as a learning support assistant or with students with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
• Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and resilience. Ability to stay calm and adaptable under pressure.
• Qualifications: Relevant education or special needs support qualifications are desirable.
