Key Responsibilities:
- Support students with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
- Implement individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour strategies.
- Collaborate with teachers and professionals to create a positive learning environment.
- Monitor and report on student progress.
Requirements:
- Experience: Essential experience in a SEMH setting as a learning support assistant or with students with challenging behaviour and complex needs.
- Skills: Strong communication, empathy, and resilience. Ability to stay calm and adaptable under pressure.
- Qualifications: Relevant education or special needs support qualifications are desirable.
