Position: Agency Teaching Assistant Location: Stoke-on-Trent Pay Rate: £83.33 - £90 per day (depending on experience) Contract Type: Full-Time, SupplyAbout the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Teaching Assistant to join our team on a full-time supply basis at a special school in Stoke-on-Trent. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support students with complex behaviours and social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, making a meaningful impact on their educational journey.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with complex behaviours and SEMH needs.
• Assist the classroom teacher in delivering tailored educational programs and interventions.
• Implement behaviour management strategies to support students in managing their behaviour.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
• Support students in developing their social skills and emotional regulations.
• Help with the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to the teaching staff.
