Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to achieve their full potential.
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
- Manage challenging behaviour with empathy and professionalism.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with students with SEMH needs is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
