Are you passionate about supporting students in their learning journey? We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEMH Teaching Assistant to join our supportive team at a welcoming Specialist school in South Manchester (M20)

Role: Teaching AssistantLocation: South Manchester (M20)Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 3:30 PMPay: Up to £100 per dayStart Date: ASAP - Potential for Long-Term Placement for the Right Candidate

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting students one-to-one or in small groups.
• Assisting with classroom management and ensuring a positive learning environment.
• Helping students with their classwork and providing additional support where needed.
• Offering encouragement and motivation to students.

What we're looking for:

• A proactive and positive approach to supporting students and experience with working with SEN in some capacity
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both students and staff.
• A commitment to providing excellent support to ensure student success.
• Patience and ability to build rapport and work with varying levels of needs
