Role Details:

• Position: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant - Mental Health Needs
• Location: Enfield (also covering Barnet and Haringey)
• Salary:£95-100 per day (PAYE options available)
• Contract Type: Long-term and permanent contracts available
• Start Date: ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with learning and provide one-on-one support to students throughout the day.
• Mentor students with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and PTSD.
• Support a positive and calm learning environment for students.

What We’re Looking For:

• Recent graduate (any discipline welcomed).
• Empathetic and patient approach to working with students facing challenging behaviour.
• A passion for education, psychology, or therapy with long-term career goals in these fields.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team.
• Willingness to undergo a fully enhanced DBS check.
