Semi-Senior Accountant - Bennett & Game Recruitment : Job Details

Semi-Senior Accountant required. My client is a well-established firm of chartered accountants based in Sutton Coldfield. Due to recent growth, they are seeking a Semi-Senior Accountant to join their friendly and welcoming team.

This is a truly fantastic opportunity to progress your accountancy career to the next level, and work alongside an extremely friendly team in a modern office environment. You will be working with a variety of clientele across a number of different industries.

• Accounts preparation - year-end accounts & monthly/quarterly management accounts
• Preparation of corporate tax computations
• Produce statutory financial statements
• Bookkeeping - VAT returns

The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in an accountancy practice and be ACA/ACCA qualified/part-qualified.

• Previous experience working in an accountancy practice
• Suitable candidates will be part-qualified/qualified ACCA/ACA
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A highly organised individual
• Ability to work well within a team

The suitable candidate will be an ambitious and proactive, with a fantastic attitude and be able to deliver work on time and to a high standard.
