Semi Senior Accountant

We are recruiting on behalf of a busy, growing, and ambitious accountancy practice and business advisory firm in North West London. They’re looking for an experienced and qualified accountant with a strong background in practice to join their team. This role offers the chance to manage assignments, prepare accounts, and provide valuable support to a variety of clients on a day-to-day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing statutory accounts and Corporation Tax (CT600) submissions for a portfolio of clients.
• Working closely with a Partner and Senior Manager, providing frequent client interaction.
• Managing a varied client portfolio, including limited companies and high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) across industries such as property, trading, and professional services.
• Undertaking a combination of accounts management and client advisory work.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Proficient in accounts preparation, corporate tax, and VAT, with a self-sufficient approach.
• Progressing towards ACA or ACCA qualification.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage a client portfolio effectively.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with Iris accounting software is an advantage.

What’s on Offer:

• Salary: £38,000 - £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
