Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of services
• Prepare and review financial accounts, tax returns, and business reports
• Act as the primary relationship manager for clients, coordinating services and maintaining strong connections
• Control budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability for your client portfolio
• Conduct annual fee reviews for clients in line with department guidelines
• Mentor and motivate team members, fostering their professional development
• Contribute to team meetings, supporting workflow peaks as needed
• Actively promote the firm’s services to potential and existing clients
• Implement company initiatives and support projects as directed by senior management
