Role Overview as a SEN Class Teacher/PPA:

Academics are looking for a dynamic and flexible PPA cover/SEN Teacher to work full time from a full academic year. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high quality lessons, ensuring continuity of learning during teachers planning, preparation and assessment (PPA) time. You will be leading a small group of 6 SEN children in the morning and providing PPA cover in the afternoon.

Key Responsibilities SEN Class Teacher/PPA:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons to SEN children.
• Follow the school's curriculum and planning, adapting as necessary to meet the needs of all students.
• Maintain a positive learning environment, managing behaviour in accordance with school policies.
• work collaboratively with other staff members to ensure a consistent approach to teaching and learning.
• Provide feedback and assessment to support pupils progress.

Requirements as a SEN Class Teacher/PPA:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), will consider experienced HLTA.
• Proven experience teaching in a primary school setting.
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Ability ti inspire and motivate pupils.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
