Job Description: We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Mentors to join our team and support SEN schools in the South West. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one or small group mentoring to students with special educational needs.
• Support students in developing social, emotional, and academic skills.
• Assist in the implementation of individualised education plans (IEPs).
• Monitor and report on student progress and development.
• Foster a positive and encouraging atmosphere for students.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.

Requirements:

• Relevant qualifications and experience in mentoring or a related field.
• Strong understanding of the needs of students with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
