Job Title: SEN Learning Support Assistant

Job Type: Full-Time (5 days a week)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Croydon. This full-time role requires the candidate to be available five days a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support to students with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
• Assist teachers in the classroom with lesson preparation and delivery.
• Develop and implement individualized support plans for students.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Help manage classroom behaviour and ensure a safe learning space.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with students with SEND is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Positive attitude and enjoys working with students.
• Right to work in the UK.
• DBS check (willing to undertake one if needed).
