About the Role:
You will be working with a small group of children in our Additional Resource Provision (ARP), which focuses on supporting pupils with autism and other learning difficulties. We need someone who is committed to providing high-quality, tailored education, helping our pupils thrive both academically and socially.
What You'll Be Doing:
Teaching a small class of primary-aged children with special educational needs, delivering personalised learning plans to support their individual development.
Collaborating with our dedicated SEND team and other teaching staff to ensure that each child receives the support they need to reach their full potential.
Creating a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment where every child feels valued and encouraged to succeed.
Developing engaging lessons that inspire pupils and help them progress both academically and emotionally.
What We're Looking For:
A qualified SEN Primary Teacher who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with special educational needs.
Experience working with children who have autism and other learning challenges is highly desirable, but we are open to teachers with a strong commitment to learning and growing in this area.
Someone who is creative, patient, and has a real drive to see every pupil succeed, no matter their challenges.
