Position: Special Educational Needs Teaching AssistantLocation: Cambridge, United KingdomContract Type: Full-time OR Part-timeHours: 08:30 - 15:30Start Date: ASAP OR January 2025Pay Rate: £12.82 - £14 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Provide one-on-one assistance to students, ensuring their individual learning goals are met.
• Collaborate with the teaching team, parents, and external professionals to develop tailored strategies for each student's progress.
• Monitor and report on students' academic and social-emotional development.
• Support students during outings, field trips, and extracurricular activities.

What We're Looking For:

• A genuine passion for working with children and young people with special educational needs.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
• Relevant experience or qualifications in special education (desirable but not essential).
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
