• Provide tailored support to children with a range of special educational needs, ensuring they can access the curriculum effectively.
• Work closely with the classroom teacher to implement individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
• Assist with the preparation of learning materials and the setup of the learning environment.
• Monitor and support the progress of students, providing feedback to teachers and parents as required.
• Facilitate social and emotional development through positive reinforcement and support.

• Must hold at least a TA Level 2 or 3 qualification.
• Experience working with children, particularly those with special educational needs, is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for educational support.
