SEN Support Assistant - Timeplan Education Group Ltd : Job Details

Time Plan are working with a SEN School that prides itself on providing a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.We are seeking a passionate Learning Support Assistant. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the educational and personal development of the students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one and small group support to students with special educational needs.
• Support students in developing social skills, independence, and academic abilities.
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive classroom environment.
• Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Assist with personal care needs of students where necessary.

Requirements:

• A patient, empathetic, and resilient personality.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.
• Experience working with children with SEN, SEMH, Complex Needs
• Must have a DBS on the update service or willing to obtain one

Full Time Monday- Friday 8:30-3:30/4pm

Location- Milton Keynes MK18

Salary- £85-£100 per day
