Empowering Learning are recruiting on behalf of an SEN Provision in Burton on Trent for multiple Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistants to start in September 2024.
We are recruiting for a SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a 1:1 basis with a students with additional needs, to be discussed with the right candidate. This will be a full-time position Monday - Friday with working hours Mon- Thurs: 8.15 am- 4.15 pm, Friday 8:15am - 3:00pm. This position is also a temporary to permanent role therefore after 12 weeks working via Empowering Learning a full contract of employment will be offered directly from the SEN Provision offering an annual salary between £20,624.76 - £21,506.16.
If you are passionate about inclusion and ensuring all children receive access to cohesive Teaching & Learning through support both academically and from a pastoral aspect to support students in their independence in each of their individual learning journeys.
