Role Overview

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with our teaching team to provide targeted support for students with a variety of special educational needs. Your role will include classroom assistance, one-on-one and small group work, and contributing to a positive and inclusive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities
  • �? Student Support:

    • Work with individual students or small groups to aid their educational and social development.
    • Promote independent learning and resilience through structured activities and personalized guidance.
    • Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive environment, helping students build confidence and self-esteem.
  • ?? Classroom Assistance:

    • Support teachers in planning and delivering lessons tailored to meet the diverse needs of our students.
    • Maintain a well-organized, safe, and engaging classroom environment.
    • Track student progress and provide feedback to the teaching team.
  • �? Additional Responsibilities:

    • Assist with student transitions, break times, and school outings.
    • Participate in staff meetings and ongoing professional development.
    • Uphold our school's commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
What We're Looking For
