The Role: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an essential role in providing individualised support to children with autism, helping them navigate the academic and social challenges of school life. Your responsibilities will include: Assisting with personalised learning plans, adapted to meet each child's unique needs. Offering 1:1 support to encourage positive engagement and build confidence in and out of the classroom. Implementing behaviour management techniques and sensory strategies to create a calming, structured environment. Collaborating with teachers and the SENCO to ensure that each child's learning experience is positive and supportive.
