We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a renowned SEN school in Crosby, Liverpool. This full-time role offers the chance to make a profound impact on the lives of children with diverse needs, starting ASAP. Your Responsibilities: As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Provide tailored 1:1 or small group support to students with a range of SEN, including autism, ADHD, and learning difficulties. Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement individualised education plans (IEPs) and strategies. Support students in developing confidence, social skills, and independence in a structured environment. Foster a safe and engaging learning atmosphere that promotes progress and well-being.
