The Role:We are seeking a passionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to work across Year 2 and Year 3 classes, providing tailored support to children with additional needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in a child's learning journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support for children with SEN.
• Assisting class teachers with planning and adapting activities to meet individual needs.
• Creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• Supporting the social and emotional development of children.

Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEN in a primary school setting.
• A patient, nurturing, and empathetic approach.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
