Dunbar Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Wolverhampton. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children's learning and development. The role involves working closely with teachers to provide classroom support, assisting with lesson delivery, and helping students reach their full potential.

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.

• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources.

• Support teachers in managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Help students with additional needs to engage with lessons.

• Supervise children during break times and school activities.

• Support the assessment and tracking of student progress.

• Encourage and foster a love of learning in students.

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role (desirable but not essential).

• A passion for education and working with children.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• The ability to work well within a team.

• A patient and nurturing approach.

• A Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (desirable but not required).

• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
