SEN Teacher
- Daily Rate: £140 - £250 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a dedicated SEN Teacher to join a supportive SEN school in Ealing. This is a full-time, temporary position covering maternity leave, starting ASAP. The role involves working with primary-aged students, providing them with the education and care they need.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan, prepare and deliver lesson plans that meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
- Create a safe, stimulating and supportive learning environment.
- Regularly assess and record students’ progress and adapt teaching methods to suit their needs.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teaching assistants and therapists, to ensure a cohesive approach to student development.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress and any concerns.
- Attend and contribute to school meetings and training sessions.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience working with SEN students is essential.
- Strong understanding of the primary curriculum and SEN strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom and deal with challenging behaviour.
- Patience, empathy and a dedication to teaching and supporting children with additional needs.
