Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual needs of students.
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with other staff and parents.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback to students, parents, and colleagues.
  • Work closely with support staff and external agencies to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience working with children with special educational needs.
  • Strong understanding of SEN best practices and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting students with SEN.
