Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEN Teacher to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality education tailored to the individual needs of our students, working closely with other educators, support staff, and families to create a positive and effective learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons for SEN students.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff for effective classroom management.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Experience with special educational needs.
• Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for working with SEN students.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
