Pay Rate: £160-220 per day

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of students with special educational needs.
• Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies to ensure academic growth and development.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants, specialists, and parents to create and implement personalised learning plans.
• Provide emotional and behavioural support to help students build confidence and develop social skills.
• Monitor and track student behaviour and academic performance, making adjustments to teaching strategies as necessary.
• Ensure inclusion in classroom activities and foster a supportive, respectful learning environment for all students.

Requirements:

• QTS/PGCE or an equivalent qualification
• Eligibility to work in the UK
• 2 Proven professional references
• Enhanced DBS on the update service
• Previous experience handling SEN children
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
