Location: Worcester, UKPosition Type: Long-Term ContractStart Date: ASAP - DBS dependantAspire are seeking an experienced SEN School Teacher to join our dedicated team at a well-regarded school in Worcester. This long-term position is ideal for an enthusiastic educator with a passion for teaching and supporting students with special educational needs (SEN).Key Responsibilities:* Plan, deliver, and assess high-quality lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students, including those with SEN.* Foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment where all students feel valued and motivated to succeed.* Collaborate with colleagues, SENCOs, and external professionals to develop and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs).* Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular feedback to students, parents, and guardians.* Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events.Essential Requirements:* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): A valid UK QTS certificate is mandatory.* UK Teaching Experience: A minimum of 6 months experience teaching with in the UK * Strong classroom management skills and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.* Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.Desirable Attributes:* Experience or additional qualifications in SEN teaching.* A proactive and creative approach to engaging students with diverse learning needs.* A commitment to professional development and contributing to school improvement initiatives.What We Offer:* A supportive and collaborative working environment.* Opportunities for professional growth and development.* Competitive salary in line with experience and qualifications.How to Apply:If you meet the criteria and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young learners, we want to hear from you!
