About the Role:
As a valued member of the teaching team, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and stimulating learning environment where every student feels empowered to succeed. This fulfilling role involves:
- Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with a diverse range of learning abilities.
- Implementing creative teaching strategies and utilising a variety of resources to create a multi-sensory and engaging learning experience.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to provide holistic support for each student.
- Assessing student progress and development, creating personalised learning plans, and celebrating achievements - big or small!

About You:
- You are a qualified teacher holding QTS or an equivalent qualification.
- You have experience teaching students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) and are familiar with different learning styles and strategies.
- You possess excellent communication, classroom management, and behaviour management skills.
