• Location: SEN schools across Cardiff
• Age Range: Opportunities to work with pupils aged 3 to 19, offering a unique chance to gain experience with diverse age groups.
• Support: Exceptional guidance throughout the registration process with your own designated consultant and recruitment support.

You don't need to have classroom-based experience to apply! If you're passionate about working with children and young people and have experience in any of the following areas, we want to hear from you:

• Volunteer work with children or young people
• Care work, youth work, or mentoring
• Personal experience supporting individuals with SEN
• Relevant transferable skills from other roles

• Supporting students with a variety of additional needs, including autism, ADHD, and physical or learning difficulties.
• Assisting teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
• Providing one-on-one or small-group support to help pupils achieve their potential.
• Promoting a positive and nurturing environment for all learners.
