Salary: £89.66 per day, flexibility depending on experience

The Supply Register are seeking a passionate SEN TA who has vast experience within assisting children with special educational needs.

At The Supply Register we take great pride in working closely with Multi Academy Trusts across Staffordshire to recruit staff. One of our John Taylor MAT schools are looking for an eager and enthusiastic individual who can assist a KS3 pupil

Job Description:

• Provide tailored support and assistance to a KS3 Pupil
• Collaborating with the SENCO, classroom Teacher and designated healthcare professionals to ensure an inclusive learning plan
• Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Providing 1:1 support and creating a safe and supporting environment  

Requirements:

• Ideally 3 years’ experience of working within a similar environment
• Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
• Proactive individual who is committed to providing a high quality of care
• A patient, empathetic yet resilient approach to caring for children with special needs
