Key Responsibilities:* Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEMH needs.* Support pupils in developing social skills, emotional regulation, and positive self-esteem.* Collaborate with teachers to adapt and differentiate lessons to meet the needs of pupils.* Promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.* Monitor and record pupils' progress, providing feedback to teachers and contributing to reviews.Essential Criteria:* Experience working with children or young people with SEMH needs.* Patient, understanding and adaptability. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.* Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.* Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.Desirable Criteria:* Previous experience in a specialist setting or similar role.* Relevant qualifications in education, child development, or special educational needs.* Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and best practices.How to Apply:If you are passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of pupils with SEMH needs, we would love to hear from you.Aspire People Limited provides services as an Education Agency and an Education Employment Business.
