  • Participate in school activities, staff meetings, and professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for supporting students with special educational needs.
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Patience, adaptability, and a positive approach to working with children and young people.
  • Experience working with students with SEN is highly desirable but not essential.
  • A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
