Academics are seeking a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to provide exceptional support to a Year 5 pupil with Cerebral Palsy and assist EAL learners in developing their English language skills through engaging methods for this great school in Wandsworth.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

• Offer tailored support to meet the physical and educational needs of the child with Cerebral Palsy.
• Help EAL pupils improve their English through interactive and effective strategies.
• Collaborate with teachers to create and adapt lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of all students.
• Foster an inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued and empowered.

Do you have the following:

• Experience or a strong understanding of supporting children with Cerebral Palsy and EAL needs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and staff.
• A patient, proactive, and adaptable approach to meeting the unique needs of each pupil.
• Relevant qualifications or a willingness to undertake training in this specialized area.
