Key Responsibilities:

• Provide support for children with autism and complex needs in an educational setting.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks as required.
• Implement tailored educational activities and interventions.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.
• Manage challenging behaviour.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to provide regular updates on students.

Requirements:

• Have experience working with ASD.
• Have experience working with SEN.
• SEN Teaching Assistant experience.
• Willingness to undertake personal care tasks (feeding, changing, toileting, etc.).
• Hold a DBS or be willing to pay for one.
• Eligibility to work in UK.
