Job Title:SEN Teaching AssistantLocation: Meldreth, Nr Royston, Cambridgeshire/Hertfordshire borderSalary: £11.72 - £12.78 per hour (£20,941.63 - £22,834.95 actual salary), based on experience and qualificationsHours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, term time only

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day care and support for children and young people in a residential setting, helping them with daily routines.
• Assist individuals with PMLD, complex medical conditions, and autism in achieving their personal goals and promoting independence.
• Foster an inclusive, safe, and supportive environment that values equality and respect.
• Facilitate social and life skills development through activities and outings.
• Help with personal care and be involved in physical interventions when necessary.

• Hold a Level 2 qualification in Maths and English (or equivalent).
• Are eager to undertake further qualifications, fully funded by us.
