The Job - Islington:

You'll be kept busy, working with pupils across all ages within the classroom to access their education. Your days will be varied, supporting children to engage with tasks set by the class teacher and reach their full potential. You'll take initiative, be resilient and drive pupils to achieve and progress. You'll work on learning activities, promote confidence and encourage pupils to act independently to succeed.

• An enhanced DBS check, or must be willing to apply for one
• 2 checkable references
• Positive attitude towards education and desire to work with children
• Good communication skills
