The Role:

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Provide one-to-one support to a child with special educational needs.
  • Assist class teachers with day-to-day activities and lesson plans.
  • Help manage classroom behaviour and implement effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Work with individual students or small groups to provide targeted academic support.
  • Prepare classroom materials and resources.
  • Build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents, contributing to the school’s overall well-being.

This is a full-time role with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

What You'll Need:

  • Experience working with children in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Right to Work in the UK.
  • A valid DBS Certificate registered on the Update Service, or a willingness to obtain one.

Salary: Dependent on experience, training, and qualifications.
